Activity Detail
Restrictions
- Round-trip transfers between hotels can accommodate up to 4 people. The local tour operator does not accept pick-up from Earl Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali.
- Children must weigh at least 16 kilograms to join this tour.
- Women who are pregnant 29 weeks (approximately 7 months) or more are required to present before the flight a doctor's certificate confirming they are fit to fly.
- Children 2 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to board the aircraft. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed on or near the aircraft.
- Due to security policies, HD camcorders or cameras with telephoto lens greater than 400 millimeters are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless proper written approvals issued by the Dubai authorities are presented. Casual tourist photography and videography are allowed. The pilot has the final authority.
- Due to very limited availability, your exact departure/entry time will be assigned to you by the activity provider. This will be selected from the available departures within your selected time frame. Final schedule will be advised upon booking confirmation.
Additional Notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Able-bodied passengers are required to occupy an exit seat. Please indicate any special needs or medical conditions upon booking.
- Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.
- Helicopter seating is based on a 5-passenger helicopter.
- The tour price excludes meals and drinks (unless specified), personal expenses, tips and gratuities and optional activity costs.
- Please note that life jackets are provided for emergency purposes only. Otherwise, they should not be opened nor used.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Clients are recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed.

- Headphones will be provided. Hats and earrings may be worn at the passenger's own risk.
- Passengers' weights will be checked prior to boarding due to helicopter weight and balance regulations.
- Please call the activity provider 24 hours before your activity to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed. Failure to call will result to a 'no show' reservation and will not be eligible to a refund.
- Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to the exact flight time. The activity provider reserves the right to release the flight 15 minutes ahead of the schedule.
- Guests who are prone to motion sickness must inform the pilot or ground staff.
